male friend and client brought this book to my attention. I have found
it to be an excellent resource book and also very good for home
practice. The descriptions and drawings are just as Joseph Pilates
would have taught them; alternatives/modifications to some of the
original exercises are included. A good book to have in your
Pilates library.
