Hope you are enjoying summer in Vancouver. 

August is a time for me to train, recharge, and have time with family and friends who I don’t often get to play with over the fall and winter months. 

Vancouver is such a great place to be in the summer. Golfing, kayaking, swimming, running, cycling and gardening -- so much to choose from.
The days are flying by. For those who are missing your pilates in these last few weeks of summer; good news -- there is only a month to go!
